Hello! My name is Mrs. Johnstone, and I am so excited to be your teacher this year! I was born and raised in Meade County, KY. I went to Bellarmine Univeristy in Louisville, KY (Go Knights!) for 4 years! I loved that Bellarmine was a Catholic university, and I was very involved in campus life. I received a double major in Elementary Education and Learning and Behavior Disorders. After graduating, I taught for 4 years at Flaherty Elementary School in my small hometown. I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades! I have worked at CYO Camp Rancho Framasa for 3 summers! I love camp and (most) everything to do with the outdoors! I taught 6th grade at Immaculate Heart of Mary for 2 years. I am very excited to be teaching 4th grade now! 

I got married on Oct. 4th, 2014 to a Bishop Chatard grad. We love watching movies, biking, laughing, spending time with family and going on vacation! :) 

I love playing sports, and my new athletic love is biking (but I'm not very good at it yet)! I enjoy watching sports, being outdoors, camping, singing karaoke, vacationing, and hanging out with my family and our cats!! My husband and I have two cats named Luna and Weasley!
